L.E.A.N. Start Program

Comprehensive 6 hour prevention plan delivered in 6 weeks or 3 weeks
The coaching sessions are designed for families with school-aged children

L.E.A.N. Essentials Program

Two hour class, workshops or webinar
Designed for parents who are not able to commit to a 6 week nutrition course
Fast paced introduction to wellness, based on the L.E.A.N. Start Program
