STRENGTH WORKOUT using TRX and Dumbbells - How are they different?
Should I use TRX for a Strength Workout? Or should I use Dumbbells? Or both?
In this video, I will show you how to perform the same exercise - first using dumbbells, then TRX.
This way you can see how one is different from the other.
THE MAIN DIFFERENCE is that with TRX, your CORE and ABS are engaged and working almost in all exercises.
If you have injuries, TRX is very helpful because you can hold yourself at all times.
You can work on your balance and stability, strength and conditioning using TRX.
You can also increase or decrease your resistance by getting closer or further to the anchor point.
I personally use both, but enjoy TRX more.
For those of you who have never used TRX, this video will help you understand how to use it.
With TRX, you control your own resistance by walking further or closer to the anchor point.
