No matter how healthy you are, eat and exercise, if you don't take time to REST your wellbeing is negatively affected.


You need to make time to REST not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.


Sleep is very important for your wellbeing. Your brain and organs recover through sleep.

Not sleeping enough will affect your mind and emotions.


Are you mentally exhausted?

Take a break as soon as you can!

Go to a quiet place!

Disconnect from all your devices!

Go away from noise!

Go in the nature. Listen to a waterfall, waves or birds.


Just BE!

You don't need to solve or think about anything right now!

Everything can wait!!!


Give REST to your MIND!!!
