Accounts, Passwords and Security

If any of the Sites and/or Services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE with current, complete and accurate information, as prompted by the applicable registration form. You acknowledge that by providing any information to BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your continued access and use of the Sites and/or the Services.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) between Mihaela Gilea, (hereinafter, “BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO” AND “MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE”) and you sets forth the terms and conditions which govern your use of any of the BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND/OR MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE websites (hereinafter, the “Sites”) and/or the services (hereinafter, the “Services”) thereon which are provided by BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE.

It is expressly agreed that the use of all BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND/OR MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE Sites and/or Services without limitation and whether engaging in exercise activities or not, shall be undertaken by a member at his/her sole risk.

BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE shall not be liable for any injuries or any damages to any client, any member, or the property of any member, or be subject to any claim, demand, damages or causes of action arising out of the use of BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND/OR MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE Sites and Services, regardless of whether it was caused by the negligence of BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND/OR MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE.

BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE urges you and all members to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before performing any exercises or using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise class or program. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in any Services, Programs, Training or Classes organized or conducted by BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO AND/OR MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE. All workouts, classes, webinars and use of equipment and apparatus shall be at the member’s sole risk.

The member understands that the decision to use exercise equipment, or exercise program, methods and types of equipment, shall be solely the member’s responsibility, and BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE shall not be liable to member for any claims, demands, damages or causes of actions due to injury to member’s person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by member of the Sites, Services and/or premises of BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE.

This waiver and release of liability specifically applies to claims of negligent instruction and/or supervision that may arise as a result of injuries sustained during classes, personal training programs, or advice from BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE. The Member executing this waiver and release of liability hereby agrees to hold BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and/or MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by any member listed in the membership or any of members guests on their behalf.

The Member executing this waiver and release of liability hereby agrees to hold BURN IT WITH MIHA FITNESS STUDIO and MIHA HOPE WELLNESS INSTITUTE harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by or on behalf of any participant or any one of the participant’s guests.
