Living Under God's Grace
The purpose of the FAITH articles in my blog is to share God's word from the Bible
and encourage others as God encourages me.
I hope you will enjoy reading and draw closer to God as He reveals Himself to you.
I pray that you will be set free by God's truth and
come to know his great gift for us, Jesus Christ.

God's desire for us is that we:
Receive His free gift of salvation
Live victoriously every day
Share the good news (the Gospel) with others
This website was born out of gratitude towards my heavenly Father who:
Sets me free though His Word (the Bible)
Feels my heart with joy
Gives me strength to face every day

About me:
I am a child of God
I am born again through faith in Christ Jesus
I delight living under God's grace
I came to a full understanding of what salvation is in August 2008,
when I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
My walk with God has been exciting and challenging at the same time.
God says that the moment we are saved, we are a new creation in Christ.
But our victorious living in Christ is being worked out day by day through Jesus Christ.
We are changed into Christ’s image as we submit to Him and remain in Him,
as we continue in the word of God.
This change doesn’t take place over night,
but as we keep pressing on towards the goal, as apostle Paul says,
we are being changed from glory to glory.
Why do we struggle in our walk with God?
After we get saved, God gives us a new identity in Christ
and is teaching us a new way of living.
But it takes time to learn and act our new identity in Christ.
It takes effort and willingness to do things God's way and not our own way.
For a better understanding, God gave me an example from my own life.
I came to America from Romania 18 years ago.
I had to learn a new language, a new culture, and a new way of relating to people.
Looking back, I remember those first years. They were exciting but hard at the same time.
There was a lot of frustration from not being able to communicate, and
understand a new language and different way of living.
But as the years passed by, I learnt and gained a better understanding of my life and identity.

It is the same with our spiritual journey.
As we walk with God and submit to his way,
we experience peace, joy and victory in every area of our life.

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free"
John 8:32

"For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world.
And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith"
1 John 5:4

"I do not set aside the grace of God,
for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!"
Galatians 2:21
